iLab Management System
The VP&S Office for Research manages the iLab Core Facility Management System for the CUIMC research community. iLab is used by many core facilities at CUIMC, and enables management of equipment reservations and service requests for shared resources. iLab is integrated with the Columbia UNI login and ARC accounting systems to allow for easier access and billing management.

If you are a PI new to iLab, we have created a FAQ page to help you set up your lab account and assign funding sources to your lab members.
For clinical research coordinators:

For core facility managers:
We have created several guides and best practices for billing in iLab. These guides explain the billing workflow in iLab, how to verify that billing events have posted to ARC, and how to handle charge disputes.

We are working to create additional guides to help our users navigate iLab more effectively. If there is an issue with iLab that you would like to see addressed, please email us.
iLab also has an extensive help system, including a support desk, which can be accessed by clicking on the "HELP" link at the top-right after you log in.
