The mission of the Virginia Kneeland Frantz Society for Women Faculty (VKFS) is to serve, support, and celebrate the advancement of careers of women at all ranks in the academic health sciences at CUMC. As part of it's mission, VKFS offers and sponsors several programs that focus on the needs of women faculty at CUMC. An annual lecture open to all CUMC students, faculty and staff that focuses on gender nuances in the professional work place.
