Gina Frassetto, MPA
Administrative & Business Manager
Gina keeps our finances and administrative matters in order. She is responsible for the overall administrative and business management of the physical and occupational therapy programs including finance and budget, human resources issues, and contract review for clinical education.
Stephanie Henkin
Administrative Coordinator, Clinical Education
Born and raised in Manhattan, Stephanie attended Indiana University's Sports Medicine/Athletic Training Program and has a background in many sports. Over the years she sustained several injuries that sent her to physical therapy. She uses her experience to assist students with their clinical choices and always offers an ear and sense of humor should they need to talk. Stephanie is an avid equestrian and proud mom of a 22-year-old horse named Winnie the Pooh. She also has a rescue dog named Benny who is studying to be the DPT program's first therapy dog! She is a die-hard Broadway fanatic and is always ready to recommend a show.
Susan C. Kim
Administrative Coordinator, Admissions & Program Initiatives
Susan coordinates all facets of the admissions process and works with prospective and current students throughout their time in the Columbia DPT Program. She is also involved in events, such as interview days, orientation, white coat ceremony and convocation. Raised in New York City, Susan comes from a diverse background in art, design, and provider enrollment and credentialing. During her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, crafting and traveling.
Susanna Mayas
Administrative Assistant
Susanna is the Administrative Assistant for the Programs in Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. She is responsible for helping faculty, staff, and students with administrative matters. She is a native of New York but spent more than six years in Boston working for both MIT and Harvard. It was there that she discovered her interest in working in university settings. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and drawing, a hobby she has practiced her entire life.
